    The five rules

    1. 1. Done is a claim

      Write what would prove the result before building.

    2. 2. An empty result is unresolved

      Check collection, scope and errors before trusting “nothing found.”

    3. 3. A different session checks the work

      Give the checker the original requirement and the actual product.

    4. 4. A gate must catch a failure

      Use a safe negative example to prove the check can refuse a mistake.

    5. 5. Judgment needs measurement

      Record recommendations, overrides and outcomes. Retire rules that stop earning their place.
